* Item charges are NOT assessed for: ACH transactions, Debit Card/POS or ATM transactions. Items include a combination of deposits, deposited items, and paid items.

** We offer an 'Earnings Credit' (as opposed to paying interest) on the Corporate Checking Account. The current Earnings Credit is calculated on the collected, average available balance (less required reserves) and would offset service charges on the account. There would never be a 'gain' on earnings credit. The maximum amount credited, depending on the account balance, would be 100% of the service charges for the statement period.

*** If Monthly Service Charge owed for any given statement cycle falls below $3.00, the eStatement rebate will not exceed that amount. For instance, if Monthly service fee is calculated at $2.00, the eStatement rebate will be $2.00.
