Guidelines and Review

Proposals should accurately reflect the positive impact your project will have for the community in the following areas:

  • Economic Development
  • Education
  • Arts and Culture

The Greater Giving Committee meets shortly after the deadline and awards grants for projects that show the most promise in the targeted areas.  Applications postmarked later than the June 30 or December 31 deadlines will be considered in the following grant cycle. Please follow the guidelines in the grant application carefully. Applications that do not comply with the guidelines or that do not specifically address our areas of focus will not be considered for funding.

Before or after grant approval, the Greater Giving Committee may request additional information from an organization on its financial status, organization or operations.
