Greater Giving
Our Purpose
Our mission is to create community impact through partnership—empowering employees to act as stewards of our communities.
The Team connects our employees with opportunities to volunteer on one-time projects or longer-term commitments, for which our employees receive paid time off. These commitments may include:
- Serving on Boards of Directors
- Hands-on volunteer support including space renovation, preparing and serving meals, and supply drives
- Participation in Junior Achievement
- Facilitating Financial Literacy programs
How To Request Volunteers
If your organization can use more people to help accomplish a goal or provide services to your constituents, please let us know through the following process:

Greater Giving Days
We all have different passions and a desire to impact the world positively, in our own ways. Employees are empowered to set up year-round donation campaigns as well as week-long volunteering events. These events also raise awareness about critical issues through supply donation drop-offs at each of our retail branch locations.
We’re committed to helping our communities in which we live, work and thrive by giving employees the time to make a difference. All full-time employees have access to 24 hours per year of paid volunteer time to use to help our communities. We believe that the more you give, the happier you feel.
