ONLINE BANKING ENHANCEMENTS

In our ongoing commitment to improving user experience, we are excited to introduce several enhancements to our online banking platform. From revamped interfaces to expanded functionalities, our latest updates are tailored to meet the evolving needs of our valued clients.

• The Login Secure Access Code screen has a slightly altered layout.
• The Deposited Checks tab in the Activity Center has been updated as follows:
  • Check details are presented within the new multi-pane view.
  • Check images can now be printed.
  • The Filters box has been updated to allow menu items to be arranged alphabetically.

• The Activity Center has been completely redesigned to make transaction data easier to find and work with.
  • Each instance of a recurring transaction is now denoted with a arrow symbol.
  • A new tooltip was added to clarify which transactions are included.
  • The toolbar was updated to show options on the left and the search box on the right, and the favorite button was previously a star and is now a heart.
  • The Filters box has a new layout.

Business/Corporate Enhancements:

• There is enhanced flexibility when making international wire payments, thanks to the addition of a new dropdown menu option allowing selection of USD as the desired currency.

• Information Reporting can now accommodate large report requests of 2 MB or larger by storing them for three days post-generation.
• Outgoing wires no longer permit the use of the pipe character (“|”) in payments, and as a result clients will receive an error when a domestic wire payment contains a pipe character in any field.
• File Mapper and Payment from File workflows for ACH and Wire transactions were updated to provide end users with a warning message if their payment file contains an account number that includes scientific notation instead of the full number being displayed.
